CUCUMBER’S CRUSH
INGREDIENTS
- 3 plump cucumbers with skin, chopped
- 2 cups green grapes/ around 250 gms
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ¼ tsp black rock salt
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 2 tsp sugar (or according to taste and sourness of the grapes)
METHOD
- Blitz the cucumber, grapes, mint, chilli flakes and sugar together in a blender.
- Strain the pulp and add the salt and pepper.
- Serve fresh and chilled
